During your private retreat, you have the opportunity to explore your perspective by experiencing the enchanting mountain lifestyle. *Daily breakfast and lunch are included. For dinner, explore the incredible locally owned restaurants in charming downtown Breckenridge. Average menu prices range $15 - $35 per meal.

Deposit is non-refundable, however it is transferrable. Payment must be paid in full 45+ days before your retreat start date. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM with our opening connection at 6:00 PM.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the final day following a nourishing breakfast.

My wild journey into yoga…

In my early years of “yoga”, I found the practice simply as a work out which happened to spark an internal fire. As life shifted drastically over the years, Yoga continued to find me. When I would turn away from the practice, some way, yoga would simply fall into my path again and again. It wasn’t until a life altering accident that I truly chose yoga to be my guide through this life.

As I have grown into my practice as a student and observer, I have been granted the opportunity to flourish as a teacher. I strive to create an experience that embodies all that we are as human. Curating classes, retreats and trainings that enhance the depths of energy through movement, breath and organic expression. Each experience is held with sacred intention, a sense of playfulness through exploration, compassionate understanding and loving respect.

travel arrangements

Book your flight into Denver International Airport (DEN) in Denver, Colorado. We will organize an airport transfer for you via shuttle. Private transportation is available upon request. More information will be provided once a deposit has been paid and your place is secured.

You are welcome to rent a car during your stay, however this is not included in the retreat package.

If traveling from outside of the USA, a passport is required. A standard tourist visa is typically valid for 30 days upon arrival. We recommend consulting with a US embassy representative from your home country to fully understand current entry requirements. In addition, please stay in the know about any COVID-19 air travel restrictions in regards to proof of vaccination status.

Travel insurance is recommended.
